License Details
Pre Requisite
- Complete the application form for Business license and DBKK License.
- Aged 18 years and above, local/permanent resident of Sabah or have a work pass for residents of Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. For foreign nationals must go through a registered company establishment and have a work pass.
- Applicants and employees must undergo a medical examination and have a health certificate before a license is issued and also follow a food handler course within 3 months after the license is issued.
- Applicants are required to submit a premise renovation plan to the City Planning Department,if there are any modifications made.
- Permitted operating hours are 6.00 pm to 1.00 am on Monday to Friday and 2.00 am on the day Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Do not allow customers under the age of 18 to enter the business premises.
